Costs and Fees .....

Our charge for debt collection is usually determined by the age, value and volume of instructions we receive from you and is usually applied on a ‘no collection – no fee’ basis.  However, our flexible pricing structure can accommodate high volume-low value debt on a fixed fee basis.

Unlike many other agencies, we are prepared to meet with debtors in order to resolve disputes and to collect money.  Our rates for this would be 3% more than the agreed collection rate, plus all expenses incurred for the visit.  On site resolution and collection service costs would be agreed with you prior to a visit being made.

Fees for consultancy and legal opinions are generally made on a time plus cost basis and would be agreed prior to engagement.
